Legal Service Authority at the hands of His Excellency Shri Kidar Nath Sahani the Governor of Goa.
 

28th August, 2003 :
Invoking the provision of Section 19 (5) (ii) of the Legal Services Authorities Act 1987 read with Goa. Lok  Adalat Scheme ,Regional  Mangers  of Nationalized   Banks of State of Goa were called on 28th. August, 2003 to discuss the provision of “The Persons with Disabilities (Equal  Opportunities, Protection of rights and       Full Participation) Act, 1995”

22nd and 23rd November 2003 :

      Work    for Revenue officers for  2 day on the subject " Good Governance " with Special emphasis on writing proper Judicial Orders, while discharging their functions including that of executive magistrate sub-divisional magistrate etc.  Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration, Pune in short YASHADA, was  approached and accordingly the workshop was conducted on 22nd and 23rd November 2003 at S.B.I. Training Centre, Patto Plaza Panaji Goa.

      Total 55 participants from North and South Goa of the rank Dy. Collectors, Mamlatdars and Jt. Mamlatdars attended the workshop.

      The workshop was inaugurated by the Hon`ble Chief Minister of Goa Mr. Manohar Parrikar, while the Hon`ble the Chief Justice of High Court of Judicature of Bombay was consented to be the Chief Guest at the Function.
